PHILOSOPHY

Le Manoir Botanica is a self-contained world where architecture, garden, art, cellar, and kitchen operate as one.

 

Led by 30 Michelin star chef Olivier Elzer, it is a destination French restaurant built on the philosophy of protecting and showcasing local terroir and unique craft.

ROOTED IN NORTHERN THAILAND

The restaurant expresses the raw character of Northern Thailand through the precision of French technique. Where possible, ingredients are sourced from local growers, artisans and foragers, shaped by seasonality, altitude, and climate.

CUSTOM MENU

French haute cuisine and internationally sourced masterpieces unfold within a setting grounded by raw stone, aged timber, botanical landscapes, and the softened atmosphere of the northern highlands.
