Restaurant: 30 guests

Lounge: 10 guests 

 

TABLE DURATION

Lounge Seating: 1.5 hours

Restaurant Seating: 2 hours from the reservation time 

To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, tables may need to be released after the allocated dining duration.

RESERVATIONS

Advance Reservations

Reservations are highly recommended and may be made up to 3 months in advance. 

 

Walk-Ins

Walk-in guests are welcome; however, table availability cannot be guaranteed. 

 

Booking Methods

Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or via our authorized booking platforms. 

Group Reservations

For bookings of more than 6 guests, please contact our reservations team directly to discuss availability and any special arrangements. 

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS & CORKAGE

Dietary Requirements

Please notify us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, certain menu modifications may not always be possible. 

 

Corkage Policy

Corkage is charged at THB 1,000 per bottle, or alternatively under a “Buy One, Open One” policy, subject to management approval. 

 

Birthday Celebrations

A complimentary small birthday cake is offered for guests celebrating a birthday with us. 

DRESS CODE

Smart casual attire is encouraged. Beachwear, flip-flops, and sportswear are not permitted. 

DEPOSITS & NO-SHOW POLICY 

Le Bistro

No deposit is required for reservations of fewer than 6 guests. For reservations of 6 guests or more, a deposit of THB 500 per person is required to secure the booking. 

 

Fine Dining

A deposit of THB 2,000 per person is required to secure all Fine Dining reservations. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 12 hours of the reservation time. 

  • In the event of a no-show, the full deposit will be retained. 

ARRIVAL TIME

  • Tables will be held for 15 minutes after the reservation time. 

  • Delayed arrivals beyond this period may result in the reservation being released. 

CHILDREN POLICY 

  • Bistro: Children are welcome at the Bistro. Please note that no dedicated children’s menu is currently available. 

  • Fine dining: Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the Fine Dining restaurant. 

PAYMENTS

  • We accept cash, QR code payments, and all major credit cards except American Express. 

  • A 10% service charge and 7% government tax will be added to the final bill. 

PRIVATE EVENTS & EXCLUSIVE HIRE

  • For private dining experiences or exclusive venue hire, please contact our events team directly. Custom booking terms and conditions will apply. 

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm private events and will be outlined in the event proposal.
